E-Commerce Exec / Manager

• Managing product listings, pricing, website content and promotions.
• Improving the online shopping experience and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
• Planning email campaigns and seasonal promotions alongside marketing colleagues.
• Tracking sales, conversion rates and customer behaviour, then turning those insights into action.
• Working with external agencies and internal teams to deliver improvements.
• Coordinating with fulfilment and customer service colleagues to keep the customer journey running smoothly.

• Practical experience managing an e-commerce website selling physical products.
• Examples of improving online sales, conversion or customer retention.
• Confidence using e-commerce platforms and email marketing tools, ideally Shopify and Klaviyo or similar.
• Strong product copywriting, organisation and analytical skills.
• Someone comfortable taking ownership while getting involved in the day-to-day work.

Experience in food, gifting, beauty, homeware or another consumer product brand would be useful, but we’re open to transferable sector experience.

Up to £45,000, with some flexibility for the right experience
