Cargill is seeking a Senior Developer, SuccessFactors Talent Management Learning to design, configure, and optimize our global learning and talent solutions in a manufacturing environment. You will lead SuccessFactors Learning enhancements, integrations, and reporting, partnering with HR, IT, and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key duties include module configuration, data management, testing, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. • Plan and execute testing, defect resolution, and production deployments

• Provide end-user and administrator support, troubleshooting, and training
• Document system configurations, processes, and best practices
