Job description
- Setup, mobile devices, computers and printers
- Support local and remote users
- Maintain/support network and server infrastructure
- Maintain/support Laser and Label printers
- Hardware and software upgrade (servers, routers, wireless, workstations)
Requirements
- Network cabling is required (Running CAT5, Terminating Jacks, etc)
- Being on a 30β-40β lift to access wireless APs and network cabinets is required
- Knowledge of Windows Server is required
- Knowledge of Linux is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of basic Networking is preferred (vlan, switches, wifi, etc).
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Work Remotely No, * Ability to work on a Scissor lift to access equipment at 30-40β heights
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)
- Windows: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Southaven, MS 38671: Relocate before starting work (Required)
