Software Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and enhance software used in a variety of technical applications.
• Take an active role in planning and executing development projects.
• Work with other professionals to address programming and system challenges.
• Identify and resolve software performance and functionality issues.
• Help establish efficient development practices and improve existing processes.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing product improvements.

• 5+years of professional software development experience.
• Strong programming abilities in multiple languages, including C++ and Python.
• Proficient in software design, development, and testing.
• Familiarity with embedded programming or applications that communicate with hardware.
• Experience using various version control tools.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Degree in a computer-related discipline preferred, although equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with communication interfaces and system integration.
• Previous involvement in guiding technical projects or assisting other developers.

Salary: $100,000k+, DOE
