Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of software development experience with strong technical leadership skills.
Strong hands-on experience in Golang, AWS, React JS, and Python.
Experience designing and developing scalable microservices and REST APIs.
Strong knowledge of secure coding, system design, code reviews, and software development best practices.
Hands-on experience with Cypress test automation and UI/browser testing.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and quality gates.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, serverless architectures, and API security (OAuth/OIDC) is preferred.
Knowledge of application monitoring, logging, and performance tuning is an advantage.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
