AI Software Developer

The developer will collaborate with software engineers, data specialists, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into scalable applications while maintaining reliability, security, and code quality., * Develop and maintain software applications that incorporate AI and machine learning capabilities.

• Build AI-powered features using Python and relevant development frameworks.
• Integrate large language models, AI APIs, and intelligent automation tools into existing applications.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services for AI-enabled products.
• Prepare, process, and validate data used in AI-driven workflows.
• Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and related techniques when appropriate.
• Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, reliability, and relevance.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews and automated testing.
• Apply appropriate data protection, access control, and security practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous product improvement.

• Proficiency in Python and general software development principles.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or generative AI application development.
• Experience working with APIs, JSON, databases, and backend services.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Familiarity with Git, testing frameworks, and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams., * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with large language models, vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
• Experience deploying applications using cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of model evaluation, responsible AI practices, and production monitoring.
• Experience building AI features for customer-facing or enterprise software applications.
