Job description

Verantwortung fßr die Verwaltung und Lagerung des IT-Equipments inkl. Inventarisierung und Pflege der Ausgabedokumentation Vorbereitung von PCs und Notebooks fßr den Versand inkl. Konfiguration und Durchfßhrung von Funktionstests Einrichtung von Nutzerkarten und Aufspielend von Images mittels USB-Stick Organisation des Versandes inkl. Nachverfolgung der Zustellbestätigungen Bearbeitung von Rßcksendungen und deren entsprechende Einlagerung Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten, Rollouts und Umzßgen

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder informationstechnische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen Erste Berufserfahrung im oben beschriebenen Aufgabengebiet Technische Affinität und ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine genaue und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise Zuverlässigkeit
