Unterstützung und Betreuung von IT-Systemen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hardware, Software und Netzwerken Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen sowie Fehlerdokumentation Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Einführung neuer Technologien

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erfahrung im IT-Support und in der Systemadministration Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil Sicherer Umgang mit Windows- und Linux-Servern sowie Netzwerktechnik Analytisches Denken, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
