IT Analyst/Junior IT Analyst

The Junior/ IT Analyst assists in evaluating, maintaining, and improving the organization’s IT systems and workflows. This entry-level role focuses on learning systems administration, gathering user feedback, writing basic documentation, and supporting day-to-day technical operations. [, ] Key Responsibilities

• System Support & Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and application issues raised by end-users. []

• System Maintenance & Monitoring: Assist in monitoring system performance, performing basic database checks, and running routine system backups. [, ]
