Job description

Planung und Durchführung von Hardware- und Software-Rollouts Installation und Konfiguration von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken Schulung und Unterstützung der Anwender vor Ort Fehleranalyse und -behebung bei technischen Problemen Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und Anleitungen Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Team zur Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von IT-Standards und -Sicherheitsrichtlinien

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung im Roll-Out-Management oder IT-Support Gute Englischkenntnisse Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen und Netzwerktechnologien Problemlösungsorientiertes Denken und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
