Requirements
- Basic understanding of data center environments and IT hardware components
- Familiarity with structured cabling practices (copper and/or fiber preferred)
- Awareness of rack infrastructure (PDUs, rails, cable management)
- Basic understanding of airflow management; exposure to DX or direct-to-chip (D2C) liquid cooling is a plus
- Ability to follow technical documentation and standard operating procedures
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, working in confined rack spaces, standing for extended periods)
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a technical environment
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
