Requirements

• Basic understanding of data center environments and IT hardware components
• Familiarity with structured cabling practices (copper and/or fiber preferred)
• Awareness of rack infrastructure (PDUs, rails, cable management)
• Basic understanding of airflow management; exposure to DX or direct-to-chip (D2C) liquid cooling is a plus
• Ability to follow technical documentation and standard operating procedures
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, working in confined rack spaces, standing for extended periods)
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a technical environment
