Salesforce Administrator

• Manage and customize Salesforce applications to meet evolving business needs, including creating workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Perform system administration tasks such as user management, security settings, data imports/exports, and license management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce functionality, integrations, and performance tuning.
• Support software implementation projects by configuring solutions aligned with architecture standards and best practices.
• Maintain system health through regular monitoring, performance tuning, and applying updates or patches as needed.
• Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures for ongoing support and knowledge sharing.

• Extensive experience with Salesforce administration including user setup, security management, and data management.
• Strong understanding of Service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles and solution architecture within cloud environments.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow, and Apex code development.
• Knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques for issues related to integrations with Pegasystems or other platforms.
• Familiarity with system design principles involving RAID controllers, server backup/recovery strategies, storage management, and system tuning.
• Experience supporting IT infrastructure components such as Active Directory management, virtualization (VMware/ESXi), load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, DNS/DHCP configurations.
• Programming skills in JavaScript, Shell Scripting (Bash), PL/SQL, SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), RESTful APIs for custom integrations.
• Understanding of information security best practices including firewalls, network security protocols, and data protection measures.
• Ability to perform system architecture planning for scalable solutions involving microservices architectures or cloud platforms like Azure or Windows Server environments.
• Strong systems engineering background with knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), server administration (Windows Server), and system troubleshooting support.

Pay: $78,600.00 - $94,800.00 per year
