Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant to support a large-scale transformation from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud. This individual will play a key role in the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financials, partnering with business stakeholders and the implementation team to ensure a successful deployment., The ideal candidate will have multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experiences, strong functional expertise in Financials modules, and prior experience supporting enterprise ERP transformation initiatives., * Support the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials as part of an Oracle EBS to Fusion migration.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Financials modules to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with business users, project teams, and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide functional guidance during design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Assist with issue resolution, user adoption, and system stabilization following implementation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Financials best practices.

• 5+ years of Oracle Financials experience.
• Minimum of 3 full Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Fixed Assets
• Project Accounting
• Asset Accounting
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials implementations from requirements gathering through go-live.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion functionality with the ability to discuss technical concepts when needed.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Previous experience working alongside KPMG or other major implementation partners.
• Large enterprise ERP transformation experience.
• Post-go-live support and stabilization experience.
• Experience contributing to solution design and business process improvement initiatives.

• Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation.
• Focused on Financials modules, including GL, AP, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting.
• Oracle HCM has already been migrated to the cloud.
• Target go-live: April 2028.
