Salesforce IT Apps Designer

• Experience: Eight (8) years of experience as an IT professional with broad experience across multiple IT disciplines

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):

• Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.
• Salesforce Revenue Cloud and/or Salesforce CPQ implementations.
• Strong Apex and LWC development skills
• Quote-to-Cash business process knowledgeo Complex pricing, product configuration, guided selling, approval processes and quote templates experienceo Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, billing, finance, or other enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices, including source control, CI/CD, testing, and deployment automation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• AI useo Mulesoft integration experienceo Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certificationo Experience with Salesforce Billing, Revenue Cloud Advanced, or subscription-based business models
• Experience working in Agile development environments

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication
• Strong sense of urgency, Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.o Masters degree may be used to offset one year of experience; PhD may offset two years of experiencePreferred Industry Background: n/a - open to multiple backgrounds as long as they have Salesforce ExperienceInterview Process: Two rounds, first round will be panel with the HM and 2-3 others on the team, second will likely be in person., * Bachelor’s (Preferred)
