Requirements

Healthcare Domain Experience

8+ years of software engineering experience.
4+ years building healthcare SaaS applications.
Strong understanding of Medicare care management programs: o CCM o RPM o RTM o PCM o TCM o BHI
Experience implementing CPT code-based billing workflows.
Knowledge of CMS reimbursement policies and healthcare revenue cycle management. Technical Skills
Strong experience with: o C# o .NET Core / ASP.NET Core o REST APIs o SQL Server or MySQL o One of AI Coding Tools: Augment Code. Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot
Experience with: o Azure or AWS cloud platforms o Microservices architecture o Event-driven systems o CI/CD pipelines o Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with: o Entity Framework o Message queues o Distributed systems Integration Experience
FHIR APIs
HL7 v2
Healthcare interoperability standards
EHR integration architecture Quality & Delivery Senior AI Software Engineer - Medicare Billing & Care Management Platforms (CCM/RPM/RTM)
