ERP Order Entry Specialist

• Enter customer orders accurately into ERP software
• Prepare shipping documents and billing paperwork when orders are completed
• Serve as a primary customer contact and coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve product or service issues
• Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding customer needs
• Provide customers with updates on scheduling and production
• Follow company safety policies and procedures

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service and Order Entry Specialist to support customers in a manufacturing environment. This position involves entering customer orders into an ERP system, preparing shipping and billing documentation, and coordinating with production and quality teams.

Candidates with manufacturing customer service, ERP order entry, or industrial order processing experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Previous manufacturing industry experience is a plus.

Applicants must have strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills, at least three years of experience using those programs, and a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM., * At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent

• At least three years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
• Strong organization, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow personally and professionally

Preferred Qualifications

• One to two years of customer service experience
• Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
