Test Architect

Need someone locally available only.Not from overseas.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the End-to-End (E2E) Test Strategy, Test Architecture, and Quality Governance framework for the programme.Establish testing standards, methodologies, entry/exit criteria, defect management, and quality gates across all releases.Design and govern test coverage across Functional, SIT, UAT, Regression, API, Integration, Data Migration, Performance, Security, and Accessibility testing.Lead test planning and execution across multiple vendors, application teams, and business stakeholders.Define and drive the Test Automation strategy leveraging modern QE tools, CI/CD integration, and shift-left testing practices.Ensure end-to-end validation of customer journeys spanning mobile banking, web channels, backend systems, middleware, payment systems, and third-party integrations.Review solution architecture and identify quality risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.Establish test environment, test data, and service virtualisation strategies to support continuous testing.Drive defect triage, quality reporting, release readiness assessments, and executive-level quality dashboards.Collaborate with programme leadership, solution architects, business teams, and delivery partners to ensure alignment on quality objectives.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Management, with at least 3 years in a Test Architect role.Proven experience defining E2E testing strategies for large-scale banking and digital transformation programmes.Strong understanding of Digital Banking, Core Banking, Payments, CRM, Middleware, APIs, and enterprise integration architectures.Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Katalon, Playwright, Appium, Rest Assured, JMeter, LoadRunner, and similar platforms.Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, Test Data Management, and Service Virtualisation.Experience managing complex SIT, UAT, and multi testing engagements.Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and SAFe delivery methodologies.Excellent stakeholder management, governance, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred Banking ExperienceExperience supporting large-scale digital banking transformation programmes within retail or corporate banking.Exposure to mobile banking, internet banking, payments modernisation, customer onboarding, digital channels, and regulatory compliance testing.#J-*****-Ljbffr
