Desktop Support Specialist

• Provide desk-side and remote technical support.
• Manage hardware assets and desktop deployments.
• Coordinate change requests, rollouts, and implementations.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, printers, VPN, and network issues.
• Track incidents and service requests through ITSM tools.
• Prepare reports and perform data analysis using MS Office tools.
• Support enterprise desktop infrastructure projects.

• Remote Support Tools (TeamViewer, Bomgar, WebEx), * Strong experience in desktop support and hardware management.
• Knowledge of Windows Server (2008/2012/2016) and Active Directory.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or other ITSM tools.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• ITIL knowledge preferred.

• MCP / MCSA / MCSE
• CompTIA A+
• HDI
• Cisco Certifications
• ITIL V2/V3

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
