Data Engineer - Reporting Automation

• Lead the migration of legacy reports onto a new custom-built reporting system.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines in Snowflake to support automated reporting workflows.
• Build full stack components (front end and back end) supporting the new reporting platform.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate build timelines and improve code quality.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability across all automated reports.

• Investment firm background (required).
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (data modeling, pipelines, performance tuning).
• Full stack development experience (front end + back end).
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) as part of the development workflow.
• Experience modernizing or migrating legacy reporting systems is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills - able to work directly with business stakeholders, not just other engineers.
