Senior UX Designer

• A minimum of seven years of experience designing user experiences for digital products or services
• {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of four years of experience designing user experiences for digital products or services

Preferred skills

• Experience contributing across all phases of the consumer, employee, and/or product design lifecycle, including problem definition, ideation, wireframing, low- and high-fidelity mockups, interaction design, user testing, and visual asset creation
• Proficiency applying Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, or other user-centered design methodologies to develop user experience and interaction design deliverables for complex products using Figma or similar design tools
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards, branding, design patterns, and UI components, with the ability to apply Progressive’s design best practices throughout the product design process
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and -collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Proven experience leading customer-facing design strategy initiatives, including conducting user research, gathering feedback, and translating insights into actionable design recommendations

• $98,400 - $131,200/year
