Associate Fullstack Engineer

• Design experiments to understand how AI agents discover and evaluate web content.
• Build and ship production systems that support AI agent discovery and retrieval.
• Develop and debug telemetry and routing pipelines.
• Use findings from system behavior to improve how products are surfaced and cited by AI tools.

• At least 2 years of individual contributor experience building and shipping production systems.
• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or Go in production.
• Background at a startup or technology company.
• Experience with LLM infrastructure or evaluation, or with edge systems.
• Hands-on experience building or debugging telemetry and routing pipelines.
• Curiosity about how AI systems choose what information to retrieve, cite, and trust.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Annual salary: $100,000 to $150,000, plus equity of 0.10% to 0.30%. Visa sponsorship is not available.
