• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience * 5+ years of experience in AEM development, including components, templates, workflows, and DAM * Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework (React or Angular) * Experience with Java, Sling, and OSGi in an AEM context * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence * Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

Additional Information: HYBRID SCHEDULE: 4 days a week in the office in Dearborn, 1 day a week from home. Fully remote is NOT AN OPTION for this position.
