Requirements

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong hands-on expertise in Discovery, CMDB, and cloud infrastructure., * 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience. \n

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, Discovery Patterns, Sensors, and Probes. \n

  • Hands-on experience with IRE, CMDB relationships, and CMDB health. \n

  • AWS cloud discovery experience; Azure and GCP exposure is a plus. \n

  • Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support skills. \n

  • Working knowledge of Python scripting, integrations, and GitHub., * Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ServiceNow AI tools.
