Systems Analysis, Senior

• Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end analysis for complex initiatives from discovery through release.
• Ability to translate business outcomes into solution options, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
• Strong requirements practices, including detailed specifications, traceability, testability, and support for UAT and release readiness.
• Ability to mentor junior analysts and improve team standards, templates, and analysis quality.
• Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

• Experience with complex integrations and data mapping, including APIs, ETL, and event-based patterns.
• Experience facilitating workshops or JAD sessions and driving decisions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with product or portfolio planning and developing level-of-effort estimates.
• Knowledge of security and privacy concepts and controls relevant to business applications.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs to measure outcomes and support continuous improvement.
