Desktop Support Technician

Overview: Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users in a professional environment. This position focuses on desktop support, device deployments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments and enjoy working directly with users to resolve technical issues., Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on desktop support for end users. Preferred Experience: Previous Tier I or Tier II Desktop Support experience. Experience supporting Mac and Windows environments. Experience with hardware and software installations. Device imaging and deployment experience. Printer support and troubleshooting experience. Basic networking knowledge including IP addressing and connectivity troubleshooting.
