Google GECX AI Platform Developer /Architect

Seeking a hands-on AI Architect with strong experience in Google GECX/CCAI, Conversational AI, Agentic AI, Gemini, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). Must have experience designing and implementing scalable AI-powered contact center solutions from architecture through production., * Design and implement Agentic Voice and Chat solutions.

• Build conversational AI solutions using Gemini, Vertex AI, and Dialogflow CX.
• Integrate AI agents with IVR, telephony, CRM, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Develop PoCs, architecture designs, and production-ready solutions.
• Implement AI orchestration, tool calling, grounding, and security.
• Lead hands-on development, troubleshooting, and deployment.

• 12+ years of solution architecture and engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Google GECX / CCAI.
• Strong knowledge of Dialogflow CX, Gemini, Vertex AI, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, and Conversational AI.
• Strong contact center knowledge: IVR, CTI, CCaaS, SIP, STT, and TTS.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java, REST APIs, SQL, and CI/CD.
