Seeking a hands-on Google GECX Architect with strong experience in Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX, Gemini, Vertex AI, Agentic AI, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Requirements
Requirement: 12+ years of architecture/engineering experience, strong communication skills, and proven experience delivering enterprise contact center AI solutions. Google Cloud certification is preferred., * Google GECX / CCAI, CX Agent Studio, Conversational Agents, Dialogflow CX
- Gemini, Vertex AI, GenAI, LLMs, Agentic Voice and Chat
- Contact Center, CCaaS, IVR, CTI, SIP, telephony, CRM integrations
- GCP services: Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, IAM
- Python and/or Java, REST APIs, SQL, Git, CI/CD
- Solution architecture, hands-on coding, PoCs, troubleshooting, and production deployment
