Forward Deployed Engineer

• Build and ship backend systems in a Python-heavy, agentic codebase
• Work directly with enterprise clients to deploy and tailor solutions
• Translate ambiguous customer needs into working software
• Operate with high autonomy and ownership under fast deadlines

• 1-7 years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python and backend fundamentals
• Excellent communication; comfortable meeting and working with clients
• Founding or early-stage startup experience preferred
• Ability to operate in an unstructured, fast-moving environment

Our partner is a fast-growing, Series A AI company backed by top-tier investors, automating end-to-end insurance claims processing for the largest carriers. Revenue has grown roughly 50% month over month, the team has scaled to around 70 people, and it is on track to more than double by year end. Engineering is Python-heavy and deeply agentic.
