SAP S/4HANA CO Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA CO Consultant to support the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP Controlling (CO) functionality within an S/4HANA environment. The consultant will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities Configure and support SAP Controlling functionalities, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP configurations. Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives. Manage FI/CO integration and collaborate with SAP FI, MM, SD, PP, and Asset Accounting teams. Configure and troubleshoot cost allocations, assessments, distributions, settlement processes, planning, and period-end closing activities. Support product costing, cost estimates, overhead calculations, variance analysis, and settlement. Configure and support profitability analysis and CO-PA reporting. Conduct requirements-gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions. Collaborate with ABAP and technical teams on reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms. Develop and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT test scenarios. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis. Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, training materials, and knowledge-transfer documentation. Provide support during cutover, go-live, stabilization, and post-production activities. Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience as an SAP CO Consultant, SAP FI/CO Consultant, or SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with significant CO expertise. Practical SAP S/4HANA experience in the Controlling module. Strong configuration experience in several of the following areas: Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Internal Orders Product Costing / Product Cost Controlling Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Cost Element Accounting Allocations, Assessments, and Distributions Settlement Processes Period-End Closing Strong understanding of FI/CO integration and financial and management accounting processes. Experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams and business stakeholders. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects. Experience migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of the Universal Journal and S/4HANA Finance architecture. Experience with Material Ledger and Actual Costing. Manufacturing industry experience and knowledge of product costing processes. Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications for Finance and Controlling. Experience supporting enterprise-scale or global SAP environments. SAP S/4HANA Finance or related SAP certification. Candidates should be comfortable with the target C2C rate of $80 $110/hour, depending on experience and expertise.
