Service Desk lll

• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated service desk tickets
• Diagnose system access, application, and connectivity problems
• Document incidents, solutions, and support procedures
• Assist with system updates, equipment setup, and user accounts
• Guide junior support staff and share technical knowledge
• Maintain service standards and follow IT security procedures

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field preferred
• Experience in IT support or service desk operations
• Strong knowledge of Windows, applications, and basic networking
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize incidents and resolve technical problems efficiently
