  • Integrate automated build, security scanning, policy enforcement, testing, evidence collection, and deployment stages into delivery pipelines.
  • Apply container security and hardening practices to support secure application deployments.

Platform Operations & Observability

  • Support ongoing platform operations while maintaining the stability of existing production applications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to enable secure, repeatable application onboarding and deployment processes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or platform engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized application environments.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform or OpenTofu.
  • Experience using Helm for Kubernetes application deployment and management.
  • Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
  • Knowledge of container hardening and secure deployment practices.
  • Experience working with AWS GovCloud.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Envoy for gateway or proxy functionality.
  • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry for application and infrastructure observability.
  • Experience working with Iron Bank container images.
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to meet Tier 5 eligibility requirements if privileged administration is required.

  • Security Requirement: U.S. citizenship required. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance. An active Secret clearance or higher is strongly preferred and may allow an earlier start.
