Who We’re Looking For:

Technical depth gets you in the door. Beyond that, we’re hiring for four qualities together, not any one in isolation: humble, hungry, and smart.

Humble – a team player first. You teach as readily as you learn, and you don’t need to be the smartest person in the room to add value.

Hungry – genuinely curious and self-driven. You take on a new certification or course because you enjoy it, not because it’s assigned, and you dig into unfamiliar problems until you’ve figured them out.

Smart – people-smart. You read a room, enjoy talking with customers, and can hold your own in front of a client audience.
