Requirements

COBOL Expertise: 6+ years with Visual COBOL (V9) or Micro Focus COBOL
Client-Server & SQL: 10+ years developing Windows client-server apps using Oracle SQL
Technical Leadership: 5+ years leading software development teams, project planning, and mentoring
Production Support: 5+ years providing Level 3 (L3) system support
Business Analysis: 5+ years translating business specs into technical requirements

Bonus Skills: Oracle 19+ SQL, C# / .NET (Visual Studio), and government system experience., * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

10+ years of overall technical experience
Ability to pass CJIS background check/fingerprinting
