IT Authentication Architect

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with MFA enablement, support and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years of experience in Entra ID, OpenText NetIQ Advanced Authentication
• 10+ years of successfully delivering complex MFA projects in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and providing Level 3 support.
• Experience creating technical documentation and test plans/script
• 10+ years of experience driving products from concept and ideation through successful launch.
• 10+ years of experience working on a team employing standardized project delivery methods (Agile/Scrum development methods preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in understanding and working with non-functional requirements.
• 10+ years of experience of working in an enterprise environment.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Provide Level 3 support for authentication platforms, applications, and processes.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and develop work orders for external suppliers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex MFA-related incidents and requests, escalating to global support teams as needed.
• Strong experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies.
• Background in IT Security, authentication, and access control solutions.
