Job description

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Applications Solutions Architect with expertise in the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-grade solutions based on the Oracle Fusion ecosystem. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in taking customer requirements, designing and implementing Oracle Fusion solutions. This is a techno-functional role that requires deep, hands-on experience of Oracle Fusion Applications. The suitable candidate should have been involved in at least one full-cycle Oracle EBS-to-Fusion ERP transformation project. This project will involve rigorously evaluating legacy EBS customizations, dismantling technical debt, and driving the adoption of out-of-the-box Oracle Fusion capabilities.

The suitable candidate will translate complex ERP related requirements into scalable Fusion architectures, while partnering closely with senior business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional delivery teams to drive outcomes in the Finance and Supply chain functions.

A core responsibility of this role is to work with the system integrator to design a resilient, future-proof enterprise architecture that can seamlessly scale to absorb future M&A activity without requiring structural re-architecting.

Specific requirements include:

  • Systematically evaluate legacy EBS customizations, CEMLIs, and extensions to replace them with standard, out-of-the-box (OOB) Oracle Fusion features.
  • Design integrated end-to-end flows spanning Financials, RMCS, Project Accounting, Order Management, GOP, Inventory, Manufacturing, Product Hub, Supply & Demand Planning.
  • Design of scalable integration patterns using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Implement Oracle Fusion AI and RPA capabilities across Financials and SCM to automate repetitive operational workflows.
  • Direct technical migration methodologies, toolsets, and automated data validation during conversion cycles.
  • Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight to System Integrator, developers and implementation partner teams.

Requirements

Oracle Fusion Middleware, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support/Service, Research & Development (R&D), Manufacturing Operations, Ecosystems, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle, * 10 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion / EBS applications.

  • Executed at least one full-lifecycle Oracle EBS-to-Fusion ERP transformation as architect or designer.
  • Deep track record of auditing legacy EBS custom code and successfully mapping business requirements back to standard, out-of-the-box Fusion capabilities. Used AI tools to achieve the same.

Preferred Experience

  • Execution of 2+full-lifecycle Oracle EBS-to-Fusion ERP transformation as architect or designer.
  • Architect scalable, out-of-the-box reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher, enforcing strict Row-Level Security (RLS) and role-based data security across entities.
  • Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) / Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) for multi-entity reporting.
  • Creating minimal cloud extensions using Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) only when standard configuration falls short.
