Job description
Build and improve applications as a.NET Developer with Azure. You’ll develop backend systems and web experiences, contribute to application and system design, and help deliver reliable services in a collaborative Agile environment., * Develop and maintain applications, backend systems, RESTful APIs, and web services using.NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Azure.
- Design and improve scalable solutions, including microservices and distributed systems; connect applications to relational and NoSQL databases.
- Collaborate on front-end development and user interface (UI) work, integrating services with JavaScript-based frameworks where appropriate.
- Write and maintain code, tests, and technical documentation; use debugging and unit testing to support quality throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Participate in Agile planning, code reviews, version control, and continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
Requirements
- Core:.NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, Azure, software development, application development, software engineering, object-oriented programming (OOP), application design, software design, system design, and web development.
- Services and architecture: APIs, REST, RESTful API, SOAP, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), web services, distributed systems, distributed computing, microservices, scalability, and multithreading.
- Data and tools: SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, Entity Framework, MongoDB, database design, Visual Studio, Git, GitHub, version control, and CI/CD.
- Additional technologies: React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, MVC, IIS, SSRS, SSIS, MySQL, PostgreSQL, AWS, Java, Python, Node.js, and Linux.
- Familiarity with Agile software development, Scrum, UML, SVN, TFS, Eclipse, Hibernate, Drupal, Ruby on Rails, Ruby, XSLT, XML, JSON, AJAX, Bash, shell scripting, PL/SQL, ASP, and React Express is useful.
