Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in P&C Insurance
- In depth knowledge of Policy, Claims, and Billing systems
- Experience working with core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar - optional)
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation
- Perform data analysis, gap analysis, and impact analysis for system changes
- Support reporting, dashboards, and integration requirements across upstream and downstream systems
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business rules
- Ensure adherence to insurance regulations, compliance standards, and internal controls
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Excel, SQL (basic)
- Exposure to integrations, APIs, and data flows is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills * Insurance certifications or domain training in P&C is a plus
