1. Provide On-Call Support For Escalated Issues, Performing Root Cause Analysis Using Azure Kubernetes And Windows Azure Paas To Identify And Implement Effective Solutions.
2. Facilitate Value-Adding Activities Such As Updating And Managing Knowledge Bases, Conducting Training Sessions For New Hires, And Coaching Analysts To Enhance Team Capabilities.
3. Ensure A Positive Customer Experience By Achieving First Call Resolution Metrics And Minimizing Case Reopens Through Effective Problem-Solving And Communication.
4. Monitor And Maintain The Performance Of Azure Iaas Environments, Implementing Best Practices And Troubleshooting Issues To Ensure Operational Excellence.
