Help Desk Technician

• Provide Tier I level of support for users
• Basic remote troubleshooting
• Enter basic information into ticketing system and escalate to other departments as necessary
• Must be willing to work with and play an active role in a team
• Prioritize and schedule work as necessary to maintain service level agreements and maintain cases in a timely fashion
• PC hardware and software inventory management
• Update, upgrade, repair and test hardware on bench
• Must be service oriented

• Possess solid oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively while working in a frequently fast paced and demanding environment
• Analytical and trouble-shooting skills
• Education and/or certification in IT/CIS required
• IT familiarity required but prior job experience not required
• Must be familiar enough to repair or build a computer
• Valid driver’s license and have access to personal transportation

Citizenship and Criminal background checks will be performed
