Private Placement Operations Analyst

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Private Placement Operations Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Insurance clients in Whippany, NJ., * Coordinate and execute all aspects of private placement and infrastructure debt transactions, including documentation, due diligence, tracking, and end-to-end funding processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, clients, and issuers to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the investment lifecycle with the goal of settling the Private debt transaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation is in place.
• Provide oversight for cash and position reconciliations.
• Help lead projects to identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices and process improvements where applicable.

The successful candidate is a member of the Private Asset Operations team within MIM. As a Private Placement Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in executing the end-to-end process of private placement and infrastructure debt transactions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, organization skills, and a deep understanding of the private debt asset class., * Proven success supporting institutional clients, funds, or investment portfolios

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and time-management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and leverages AI/automation tools to streamline workflows while maintaining risk controls
