Machine Learning Researcher - Remote

We are seeking skilled Machine Learning Researchers to contribute to an AI training project focused on model development, training and inference systems, numerical computing, and performance optimization. This is a highly coding-intensive role requiring strong Python skills and practical experience using coding agents. Key Responsibilities * Develop and validate machine-learning models and training pipelines.

• Implement model components, data pipelines, and evaluation systems.
• Build reproducible workflows using Python and command-line tools.
• Debug technical issues and optimize memory usage, throughput, and performance.
• Review and validate implementations against defined requirements.

Required Qualifications * Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong professional or research experience in machine learning.
• Practical proficiency in Python and coding agents.
• Experience with model development, training workflows, and performance optimization.

Experience at established technology companies, AI labs, research organizations, or through exceptional academic and open-source work is preferred., * Immediate availability is preferred.

• Selected candidates should begin their first task within 24-48 hours after onboarding.
