Data Applications Analyst

• Support and optimize clinical, financial, and operational applications used across multiple sites
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements
• Assist in the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to ensure application performance aligns with organizational needs
• Contribute to the implementation and integration of emerging healthcare technologies
• Provide user support and training related to data applications and tools
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational policies and regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience with healthcare data systems, electronic health records, or clinical applications
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or data visualization software
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows, clinical processes, and financial operations
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Ability to troubleshoot application issues and support end-users
• Familiarity with emerging healthcare technologies and data security standards
