QuickBooks Online Support Specialist - REMOTE

Assist QuickBooks customers with questions about QuickBooks Online Advanced, Payroll and Payments. In this role, you’ll provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and help customers navigate the platform to find the right solutions. This is a remote independent contractor opportunity.

Call types can include:

• Software functionality and navigation
• Account management
• QuickBooks Online Payments
• Payroll support
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
• Guidance on relevant QuickBooks products (cross-selling when applicable)

You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. • Proficiency in QuickBooks (2+ years experience required)
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone.
• Comfortable cross-selling when relevant.
• Tech savvy and avid computer user.
• Communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor

Schedule

• Flexible schedule opportunities - you choose your own hours!
• Monday - Friday (8am-8pm)

Work Environment Requirements

• Quiet, uninterrupted space
• Organized desk area

Technology Requirements

• Personal computer (no tablet)
• Broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download speed
• Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
• Windows 11 operating system
• Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
• Wired USB headset with microphone
• Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
• No VPN; computers may not connect to internet services through a private VPN during Working Solutions working time. Examples: NordVPN, McAfee VPN, etc., * QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)

Earnings Potential

• Earn up to $0.33/handle minute with a 45-minute minimum guarantee
