Candidate must be a CURRENT SC resident. Required Skills (rank in order of Importance):

• 10+ years of Software Development Experience within the full SDLC

• 5+ Years of State Government Experience

• 5+ years Power BI experience

• 5+ years of OnBase experience

• 5+ years of HTML, JQuery, Jscript, VB development, design and coding experience.

• 5+ Years of Experience with Agile methodology.

• 5+ Years of Experience Strong SQL and SSIS.

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or related field

Preferred Skills (rank in order of Importance):

• Hands-on business knowledge of business processes

• Familiarity with EDMS fundamentals and design

• Hands-on experience with cloud-based solution

• Industry Certifications in field (Microsoft, Power Platform, Project Management)
