IT Specialist (Bilingual in Mandarin and English )

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Support office networks, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and related equipment.
• Manage user accounts, email access, permissions, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Support server maintenance, system updates, data backups, and recovery procedures.
• Apply appropriate security measures to protect company systems and data.
• Communicate with employees, vendors, and technical teams in English and Mandarin.
• Maintain IT equipment records and clear technical documentation.
• Recommend practical improvements to system reliability and efficiency.

• Relevant hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and systems or network administration.
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve common technical issues.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, computer hardware, and networking.
• Familiarity with user access management, backups, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly in both languages.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting servers and business IT systems.
• Relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.
