Job description

As an IAM Security Analyst II at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for administering enterprise identity lifecycle processes, identity governance, and access control functionality leveraging our enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, PAM solutions, and Microsoft Entra.

This role drives seamless onboarding, account building, role-based access management, and automated provisioning to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient operations across the organization. You will actively gather business and security requirements from stakeholders to design access certifications, implement SSO configurations, and secure highly privileged access. A key expectation for this role is the utilization of scripting languages (such as PowerShell and Python) and data serialization formats (such as JSON) to automate provisioning workflows, build system integrations, and parse identity data. Expectations include contributing to small-to-medium security projects, mentoring junior analysts, designing role architecture, and delivering configuration support to secure Endeavor Health’s operational future.

Successful candidates stay current with identity innovations, modern authentication standards, and IGA/PAM platform features. Additional responsibilities encompass operational documentation, standard operating procedure (SOP) design, advanced troubleshooting, and participation in an on-call rotation (including nights, weekends, and holidays for high-priority production support). Adherence to Endeavor Health policies, regulatory frameworks, and governance standards are required.

What you will do:

  • Enterprise Identity & Lifecycle Operations: triages, builds, and fulfills user lifecycle requests, JML configurations, and access provisioning across all identity platforms within established SLAs.
  • Complex Incident Resolution & On-Call Rotation: Triages and resolves Tier 2/3 Identity incident tickets as assigned and participates in on-call process and escalations as needed.
  • IAM/IGA Platform Support & Solution Implementation: Provides support and guidance for solution implementation including planning, technical setup, building, testing, training, deployment, optimizing, and support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Synergistic Partnerships: Facilitates strong partnerships with internal team members, IT departments, and business units. Collaborates across functional areas to identify synergies, standardize RBAC definitions, align lifecycle workflows (onboarding/offboarding), and ensure that system integrations are seamless, secure, and efficient.
  • Mentorship, Leadership & Analyst I Guidance: Mentors and organizes operational tasks for IAM Security Analyst I peers, providing guidance on script standards, troubleshooting methodology, account build practices, and compliance standards.
  • Project Lifecycle Execution: Leads small-to-medium security or identity automation projects as assigned by management, ensuring milestones, technical design requirements, and testing phases are delivered successfully.
  • General Operational Requirements: Performs other duties as assigned in alignment with Endeavor Health standards, information security policies, and industry best practices.
