EDI Specialist

ASI Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Eastanollee, Georgia. In this role, you will help support and maintain our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) platform, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and other business applications. You will work closely with internal departments, IT teams, external trading partners, and vendors to troubleshoot technical issues, improve system performance, and support daily business operations., · Monitor daily EDI transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and advance ship notices, to ensure accurate and timely processing.

· Investigate and resolve EDI transaction failures, mapping issues, and system errors.

· Coordinate with external trading partners and EDI/VAN providers to resolve technical issues.

· Assist with onboarding new EDI trading partners, including testing and validating transactions.

· Maintain EDI maps, technical documentation, and trading partner specifications.

· Provide support for Epicor/Kinetic ERP and other business applications.

· Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate help desk tickets and end-user system issues.

· Collaborate with IT Applications and Infrastructure teams to identify and resolve system-related problems.

· Assist with SQL queries, data analysis, and reporting.

· Participate in ERP upgrades, system testing, and software implementations.

· Identify opportunities to improve system processes, efficiency, and overall functionality.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with business systems or IT support, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively., · Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, EDI, or a related technical role.

· Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working with Epicor/Kinetic ERP or similar ERP systems.

· Knowledge of EDI, including X12 standards and EDI/VAN platforms.

· Basic to intermediate SQL skills, including querying and troubleshooting data.

· Experience using help desk ticketing systems.

· Basic understanding of networking, relational databases, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

· Experience supporting system upgrades, technical projects, or software implementations.
