D365 Developer

You will play a crucial role in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality software solutions to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, designers, architects, agile evangelists, and other developers, to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.

How You Will Contribute

Configure, develop, and maintain these components for Dynamics delivery:

• Model-driven and canvas apps
• Plugins and custom controls
• Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Automate, Flows, and others
• Unit and integration testing within an automation framework, * Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and test Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Assist in translating business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Implement customizations, configurations, and extensions using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Platform tools under the guidance of a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer.
• Participate in the analysis and troubleshooting of application issues.
• Learn and grow expertise in the Dynamics 365 platform and related technologies.

Core Dynamics 365 Developer

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing Dynamics 365 applications.
• Work with product owners and business analysts to understand and refine requirements.
• Implement customizations, configurations, and extensions using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Platform tools.
• Perform unit testing and assist in integration and system testing.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Serving the Organization

• Lead, train, and coach the organization in Scrum adoption.
• Help teammates and stakeholders adopt an empirical approach to complex work.
• Remove barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Squads.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Core Skills: Knowledge of C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
• Experience: Core D365 Developer requires 2+ years of experience in D365 or a related development environment.
• Methodology: Experienced in working within an “AGILE + DevOps” process management methodology.

• Strong problem-solving skills for technology-related issues and complex business scenarios.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, inquisitive, and hardworking.

Preferred

• Solid understanding of insurance business processes and industry-specific challenges.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 customizations.
• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
