IT Technician

As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll keep employees productive by resolving technology issues across computers, software, networks, and mobile devices. You’ll provide responsive technical support, manage requests through help desk systems, and help maintain reliable IT infrastructure. This role suits a customer-focused problem solver who communicates clearly and enjoys investigating issues from first report through resolution., * Deliver IT support, desktop support, and customer service for Windows and macOS devices, Microsoft Office, applications, and computer hardware.

• Manage customer support tickets, document troubleshooting steps, prioritize requests, and keep users informed.
• Diagnose equipment, software, and network issues, including VPN, firewall, LAN, DNS, and TCP/IP connectivity.
• Support Active Directory management, Microsoft Windows Server, Group Policy (GPO), Linux systems, and computer management.
• Set up and maintain operating systems, hardware, and mobile devices; escalate complex technical troubleshooting support when needed.

• Experience in IT support, technical support, desktop support, or a help desk role is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft Office, computer networking, TCP/IP, DNS, LAN, VPN, and firewall concepts.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, GPO, Microsoft Windows Server, computer hardware, and help desk systems is an advantage.
• Strong analysis skills, communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to troubleshooting and ticket management., * SCCM: 2 years (Required)
